The Skytera Lite Compact trekking pole uses the Speed Lock 2 Plus (SL2+) locking system. This 14 mm middle section at 427 mm length is the correct replacement for the models listed below. The middle section connects the upper section assembly to the lower section and is the most frequently replaced component after extended field use. Before ordering, confirm the printed length on your existing middle section reads 427 mm and that the section diameter is 14 mm. The locking system must be Speed Lock 2 Plus (SL2+). ✓ To fit: release the SL2+ lever on the upper section by pressing the unlock button and opening the lever; slide the worn middle section downward and out; insert the new section fully into the upper collar, then close and tension the lever until firm.
✓ Tension check: after fitting, extend the pole to working height and apply firm downward pressure — the section should hold without slipping. Re-tension the lever clamp if needed.

✗ SLS (Super Lock System) poles — internal twist-lock system; Speed Lock sections are not compatible
