• Grip systems

The grip is the link between the hand and the pole and is therefore one of the most important components when it comes to power transmission, safety, comfort, lightness and durability. Different attributes are important in different activities. That is why we have developed an individual grip-strap system for each type of sport.

• Trigger 3D

The Trigger System has shaped the market since 1999. In 2020, LEKI has further developed the proven technology. A three-dimensional release provides even more control, comfort and safety on the slopes! 

• Aergon Air

The ergonomic shape and cavity technology of the Aergon Air grip ensures maximum comfort and absolute control when hiking. The rubber grip head offers maximum hold when going downhill.

• Trail Shark

Every gram counts when trail running. The Air Channel construction offers minimum weight with maximum stability. The Shark system also allows easy clicking in and out in seconds.

• Cross Shark

The Cross Shark combines the advantages of a trail running grip with those of a trekking grip. It combines the speed of the Shark system with the support of an ergonomic support surface, making it ideal for fast mountain walking.

• Shark 2.0

Our Shark 2.0 is a versatile multisport grip. It offers perfect power transmission and easy handling. It is therefore ideal for cross-country skiing and Nordic walking. But roller skiing and trail running are also sports in which the all-rounder has proven itself.

• Folding systems
   

Folding poles are now the measure of all things in many sports. Their small pack size and low weight make them an ideal companion. The heart of every folding pole is its folding system. When it comes to our systems, we place particular value on longevity, safety and ease of use. Based on these specifications, we have developed three different technologies.

• Push button

The push button system enables quick assembly and disassembly of folding poles at the touch of a button.

• Core locking device

The CLD system is a slim, internal construction that allows folding poles to be assembled and disassembled easily.

• External locking device

The ELD system enables folding poles to be assembled and dismantled quickly at the touch of a button. The special construction around the release button ensures even more stability.

• Adjustment systems
   

Size-adjustable poles are the ideal companions for mountain adventures. By adjusting the height, the pole can be individually adapted to the circumstances. It can be lengthened downhill and shortened uphill. 

• Speed Lock

The TÜV Süd-certified adjustment system works with an external clamp that enables easy adjustment and offers maximum holding power.

• Speed Lock systems

In recent years we have further optimized the SLS. One adjustment is the loss protection for wheel and lever. Individual parts can still be exchanged without any problems.

• SLS (Super Lock System) Lock

The slim internal adjustment system guarantees maximum holding power. With its 360° reversing safety, it also guarantees optimal stability.

• Basket & Tip Systems
   

There are different tips and baskets for different sports. In addition to some technical features, they also differ in their nature and function. Above all, we attach great importance to the fact that a large part of our basket and tip systems are interchangeable.

• Fin Vario

The Fin Vario basket changing system allows you to adjust your basket size depending on the nature of the trail. The cross-country ski basket S/M is suitable for rather firm snow. For soft ground we recommend the M/L basket. The roller tip is ideal for the road.

• SmartTip 2.0

The revised Smart Tip found on certain Nordic walking poles is a real multi-terrain talent. The non-slip pad provides the necessary grip for the poles on asphalted paths. The integrated and extendable carbide tip also grips meadows, mud and snow. The pad change works easily without tools.

• Dynamic Suspension System

The Dynamic Suspension System (DSS) is a vibration-absorbing construction made from elastomeric material. According to a study by the University of Tübingen, it reduces the impact forces by around 40 percent and thus relieves the muscles, joints and ligaments. The cushioning also ensures controlled pole use.

Taking responsibility for our actions, manufacturing high-quality products and also taking social responsibility are integral parts of LEKI. We were once asked, "Why do you guys fix all those old sticks after years of use?" Our answer was short and sweet: "Because it's the right thing to do."

• Quality

Our products are jointly developed and manufactured in the Swabian town of Kirchheim unter Teck and in the Czech town of Tachov. This eliminates long supply chains and complex procurement channels. Our own production offers us control over all processes and transparency in the vertical integration. Thanks to the latest production processes and production facilities, we are state-of-the-art in order to be able to produce in a resource-saving manner.

The constant exchange with experts and professional athletes ensures our unique level of quality. The result is intelligently designed products that customers can enjoy for years to come. • Made in Europe

The majority of our products are manufactured in our modern production facility in the Czech Republic. The greatest advantages of the European location are the local supply chains and the short transport routes.

• Production facility Tachov

In this way, we can control the manufacturing stages and manage the entire supply chain down to the smallest detail. This results in the unique LEKI quality. Our bestsellers are manufactured in our own factory. Within the entire production process, LEKI consistently pursues the path to optimizing work processes and the entire value chain. We rely on the many years of experience and the passion of our employees. In all production processes, LEKI has made massive technical investments in the future in recent years and relies on state-of-the-art production systems. This means maximum standards in terms of occupational safety, energy efficiency and environmental compatibility. 

Where economically possible, LEKI uses the resulting process heat to save energy, which is used, for example, to heat the production areas. In this way, the warm exhaust air from our compressed air systems is also used sustainably for the temperature control of the production rooms in adjacent rooms. The filter systems of our systems are also equipped with intelligent control technology, which uses the thermal energy contained in the extracted air and feeds it back into the newly sucked-in air. This enables us to achieve energy savings of up to 50 percent in the colder seasons. Where the use of solvents cannot currently be dispensed with within production due to technological requirements, these are collected.

• Repair

LEKI products are characterized by the highest level of quality and durability. We therefore offer the option of purchasing replacement parts for a large number of our products. These are usually still available for up to ten years after purchase so products can be repaired and restored after wear.
