This page outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the leki.co.uk website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

Contract Formation
All orders made via leki.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. Ardblair Sports Importers Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order without explanation.

The purchase contract is between you and Ardblair Sports Importers Ltd. A contract will only be formed once you receive an email confirmation that your item has been dispatched.

To place an order, you must be over 18 and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, or cash.

All payments are securely processed via Adyen and comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your card details.

Prices
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice. Should a pricing error occur, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order.

Delivery
UK Orders
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) with Express Shipping selected are usually dispatched same day. Standard orders may take up to 2 working days to dispatch. Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or holidays. Remote areas may take longer.

Evri Standard (3–5 days): Free over £50 / £3.99 below
DPD Standard (3–5 days): Free over £50 / £4.99 below
Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked): £2.99
DPD Express (1–2 days): £5.99
DPD Saturday Delivery: Order by Thursday 2pm – £6.99
Ireland (Eire)
DPD Standard (3–5 days): £12.99
Note: Ireland orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). You are responsible for all VAT, customs fees, or delivery charges imposed by your local authorities.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details is sent once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number.

By placing an order, you agree to cooperate with reasonable courier investigation procedures, including completing required documentation, to allow us to resolve delivery issues.

Contract Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. This excludes custom or personalised items. Cancellations must be in writing. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to return items in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags. Non-compliant returns will be refused.

Use the RETURN REQUEST FORM and follow instructions.
Include your return authorisation email in your parcel.
We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–21 working days. All return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

To exchange for a different size/colour of the same style, use the Return Request Form. For different styles, request a refund and place a new order.

For faulty goods, email [email protected] with order details and a photo.

Availability
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally items may become unavailable. We will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.

Colours
Actual product colours may vary from those displayed on your screen due to individual monitor settings.

Promotions
Promotions are not combinable. All offers end on the advertised date and are subject to availability.

For all LEKI warranty and repair requests related to poles purchased from our website, please email [email protected] with:

This warranty period covers defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase on our site. 

The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear (including but not limited to) damage resulting from the weather, abuse, incorrect assembly or installation, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, alterations, modifications, snapped poles, if the product was used other than in the manner intended, or if the product was purchased from a third party seller that is not one of our authorized dealers. 

Important: Do not send your product in until we confirm whether it’s covered or repairable.
Our team will assess the issue and let you know the next steps.

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. 

Ardblair Sports Importers reserves the right to modify these policies.

 If your LEKI product was purchased from a retailer (not directly from leki.co.uk), your first step should be to contact the store where you bought it. They are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
