LESECL115 is the genuine LEKI replacement lower section for this range: 12 mm in diameter, 370 mm printed length, finished in black anodized aluminium, and built for the SLS internal twist-lock interface. It covers the Cressida Antishock and Cressida across approximately 2015 to 2021. The 370 mm printed length is a compact specification used in the short-range Cressida series and is distinct from the longer SLS 12 mm sections used in standard-reach poles. ✓ To fit: twist the SLS collar at the base of the middle section anti-clockwise to release. The lower section slides free. Insert LESECL115 from below, aligning it with the internal twist-lock collar. Push until fully seated, then twist clockwise until the lock engages with a firm stop. Set to your required length and pull-test before use.
✓ SLS lock check: after fitting, set the pole to mid-length and apply firm downward pressure on the tip. The section must not slip or rotate. The SLS mechanism is fixed-tension — a collar that does not hold after correct fitting requires replacement.
✓ Antishock note: the SAS antishock spring is located in the upper or middle section of Cressida Antishock poles, not in this lower section. Replacing the lower section does not affect antishock function.
✓ SLS identification: rotate the collar at the joint between the lower and middle sections anti-clockwise to release. An external lever at this joint means Speed Lock, not SLS — not compatible.
✓ Length check: the 370 mm printed length is shorter than the 455 mm section used in standard-reach SLS poles. Confirm 370 mm on your existing lower section before ordering.
