Description
The LEKI Aergon Air Foam 18mm is a replacement grip set for LEKI trekking and mountaineering poles with an 18mm upper shaft diameter. It brings the Aergon Air ergonomic grip shape in a 2K foam construction — restoring a comfortable, multi-position hold to poles with worn or damaged handles without replacing the full pole.
Includes the Lock Security Strap Skin 4.0. Colour: Grey Brown-Black. Sold as a left and right pair.

This grip is designed for LEKI poles with an 18mm upper shaft diameter. Confirm your pole's upper section measures 18mm before ordering. This grip fits LEKI poles with an 18mm upper shaft and Aergon Air grip. If your model is not listed, check the shaft diameter and contact the LEKI service team to confirm compatibility before ordering.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH
- Poles with 16mm upper shaft diameter — For 16mm poles, use the Aergon Air Foam 16mm (LE8203161601971) or Aergon Air Real Cork 16mm (LE8206161600370) instead.
- Trigger S and Trigger 3D poles — Alpine ski poles use a different grip mounting system and are not compatible with Aergon replacement grips.
- Nordic Walking poles — Nordic Walking poles use dedicated Shark or Nordic FRT grip systems, which are not interchangeable with the Aergon Air grip.
- Trail running poles — Trail running poles use dedicated grip systems and are not compatible.
