The LEKI Makalu FX TA is a foldable aluminium trekking pole designed for mountain terrain, built around the comfort-focused Aergon Air grip with its lightweight hollow-core construction. Adjustable via LEKI's Speed Lock Plus system and packing down to 40 cm, it balances performance, durability and packability across demanding routes. This genuine replacement lower section — the tip-end shaft that takes the most direct punishment from the trail — restores your poles to full working order without replacing the complete pair. Machined to LEKI's original specification, it fits and functions exactly as the factory-fitted section.

✓ Fits all colour variants of the Makalu FX TA
✓ Confirm by checking the product code printed on your existing lower section shaft
✓ Your pole must use the Speed Lock Plus external lever clamp on the shaft for length adjustment
