This 12 mm lower section is the correct factory replacement for a wide family of LEKI SLS trekking poles produced between 2003 and 2009, covering the Classic, Ergometric, Ergometric Long, Traveller, Traveller Carbon, and Traveller Alu models. The SLS internal twist-lock mechanism was LEKI’s primary height-adjustment system across this era — the lower section is rotated to unlock, the height adjusted, and then rotated back to lock with no external lever or tool required. The 12 mm section diameter is narrower than the standard 14 mm used across LEKI’s contemporary mainstream range, placing these poles in the slimmer 14/12 mm profile geometry. The nature / silver anodized finish (colour code 036) and the 440 mm printed length are the two defining specifications for this section.
