LESECL112 is confirmed compatible with the following LEKI poles where identification has been established from official LEKI product records. Always verify against the 430 mm printed length and 12 mm diameter on your existing lower section — these measurements override model name matching.
✓ Traveller Carbon — article codes 6362603, 65026031, 65326031
✓ To fit: open the Speed Lock Plus lever fully at the base of the middle section. The lower section slides free. Insert LESECL112 from below until the internal stop is reached. Close the lever firmly. Set to your required length and pull-test before use.
✓ Lever tension: if the Speed Lock Plus lever does not clamp securely after fitting, locate the adjustment screw on the lever body and turn clockwise in quarter-turn increments to increase clamping force.
✓ Carbon inspection: before fitting, examine the tube surface for cracks or white stress marks. Carbon can fracture at impact damage sites that are not immediately visible — do not fit a visibly damaged section.
✓ SL+ identification: the Speed Lock Plus lever is an external clamp at the lower joint that opens outward on a hinge. A twist collar at this joint means SLS — not compatible.
✓ After fitting, apply firm downward pressure and a gentle rotation test; the lever must hold without any slip or play before use.
