Description
The LEKI Speed S Airfoil is a fixed-length aluminium ski pole built for all-mountain alpine skiing. The HTS 6.5 aluminium shaft is machined to a teardrop Airfoil cross-section, which reduces aerodynamic drag and delivers a finely tuned swing weight that stays predictable from the first lift to the last run. At 245g for a 120cm pole, it is a genuinely lightweight option for an aluminium construction, with a Carbide Flextip that grips ice, corduroy, and spring slush equally.
The teardrop-section HTS 6.5 aluminium shaft cuts aerodynamic drag and keeps swing weight consistent. A noticeable improvement over round-section poles at higher speeds.
Four non-slip finger grooves and an extended palm support area give a secure, natural hold for pole planting through turns and traverses.
Precision carbide tip grips any snow surface. The flex construction absorbs side-loading without snapping — reliable on hard pack and ice.
