Choice of Delivery Options
By Selecting [More Delivery Options] from the shopping basket you will be shown the delivery options for your area or postcode. These will vary according to the cost of the items in the basket and their total despatch weight. When a delivery destination outside the UK is selected the UK VAT (Sales Tax) will also be deducted.
Our current standard delivery charges in UK mainland are £4.00 for orders under £50.00. Orders of £50 or over are FREE.
We strive to dispatch all orders made before 12noon on the same working day. Other enhanced services may be available - contact us to enquire (please note next day delivery services do not guarantee same day dispatch):

DPD Local is a fully tracked service with 2 hour delivery window prediction, as well as enhanced delivery options such as redirect to another nearby address or leave in a safe place (photographic evidence of the item left in-situ provided).
Royal Mail size and weight restrictions dictate that some heavier or bulky items* have to be sent by a more costly courier service for certain locations. Areas affected are in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and all other offshore areas (including the Channel Islands) and will be charged extra for delivery (weighing more then 2kg or with one dimension over 60cm). You can select your region during checkout or enter your postcode. Most UK offshore locations and the following Scottish Highlands postcodes attract a surcharge: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28/33-39/52-54/63, KW1-14,PA21-33/34-40, PH18-26/30-41/49-50
* Where Royal Mail delivery is offered for certain products, such as 3-part telescopic poles, the poles may be dismantled before despatch to reduce their overall size. Instructions will be included on how to reassemble the poles.
We do not ship to any Mail Forwarding Companies due to tracking implications.
We aim to use Royal Mail whenever possible to avoid incurring additional costs for using couriers. Sometimes this involves disassembling poles in order to meet Royal Mail's size limits, but it is straightforward to reassemble them upon receipt. However, it is not always possible to send orders with Royal Mail as some items are too long and/or heavy. 2 part nordic walking poles up to 1m long can be sent with DPD subject to a £12 surcharge. Fixed length poles over 1m are sent with UPS - contact us for up to date prices.
We can verify the accuracy of the billing address in the payment authorization and so will always be able to deliver to an address that has passed the required security level during that process.
If delivery is requested to an address that is not the same as the Billing Address this can be entered in the checkout process. If this address is a verifiable business address there should be no delay to the processing of your order, however if the delivery address is to a residential address, possibly if the order is of a higher value, for security reasons we may have to ask for more information about the address, or even refuse the order.
The most flexible way to get deliveries to almost any address.
Paypal will verify the cardholder address during the Paypal Express payment process. That exact address becomes "verified" and is then the address that we will send the delivery to. If you have a Paypal account then you will be able to get verified status for almost any address by going through a simple process. See your Paypal account for more information on this. This feature allows us to have complete confidence in despatching your order and guarantees there will be no delays.
When shipping to British Forces Post Office you will be subject to the same policies as for our standard UK deliveries. Please select "shipping to a different address" during checkout and fill up the form in the following manner:
Full name: Service number
House Name / Number: Rank, Name
Address line 1: Unit or Regiment
Address line 2: Operation name (if applicable)

For all small parcels under 2kg we will use Royal Mail 24 or 48 service. This is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, but Royal Mail say it "aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday". It should be accurate for 93% of orders they process.
Larger items will be despatched by DPD Local who aim to deliver the next working day after the day of despatch (Monday to Friday) for most UK mainland addresses.
If you require your order faster, we offer a guaranteed next day delivery at checkout at an additional charge.
We pack and send orders as quickly as we reasonably can. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be sent out the same day. If we have an exceptionally high demand then orders where next day delivery has been paid for will be prioritised. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will leave our shop on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you place an order after 2pm, but would like to know if it is possible for us to despatch it on the same day, please phone us.
During the checkout process you will be able to choose your country and we will display an estimate of delivery costs. International delivery costs strongly depend on the size, weight and value of the item(s) being ordered and while most small and light things can be send anywhere in the world at very reasonable expense, the same can't be said for bigger things. Whenever we use word "Estimate" for delivery costs, it is our best guess. However, we will only charge you what we actually pay for delivery which might be bit less or bit more (we will contact you in the latter case). Below, you will find some estimates of international shipping costs. Please note: All shipping costs are in GBP.
In the Shopping Cart select [ See More Delivery Options and Countries] below the Sub Total to see the available countries and costs. Selecting a country outside the UK will remove any UK Sales Tax (VAT) from the cart.

Most deliveries will reach Western European destinations within 2-3 working days after despatch. For orders heading outside Western Europe you have to allow between 3-10 working days for delivery, possibly more for some countries. You are welcome to contact us for more accurate estimates. If time is of the essence we are happy to use premium courier services, however we will have to charge you accordingly (they often get very expensive rather quickly).
We pack and send orders as quickly as we reasonably can. Most international orders placed before mid-day from Monday to Thursday will be sent out the next day. Remaining orders placed over the weekend will leave our shop on Monday. If you place an order after mid-day, it will be despatched within 2 working days. Please keep in mind the different schedule of national holidays around the world, which may cause added delays.
You will pay for your order in pounds sterling. Which will be converted by your bank to a currency your account is held in. If paying by Paypal you will be able to see the value of your order in your home currency before accepting purchase.
No, VAT will be deducted at checkout for all orders sent outside of the United Kingdom.
Deliveries outside the UK will be sold VAT free and may be subject to import duties and taxes in your home country. All taxes, customs charges, and any associated handling fees (e.g. by a courier) have to be paid for by the customer. We do not have any influence on these charges and cannot predict the amount. The customs regulations vary significantly from country to country and you should consult the regulations where you live.
With the new trade agreement between the EU and the UK, new regulations have been applied to all commercial transactions between the two distinct markets. According to the new regulations, the VAT and additional handling fees will have to be paid to the courier upon delivery (and before the goods are handed over), with the only exceptions being special VAT-free zones (e.g. Channel Islands).
Please understand that we have to declare the full value of goods (excluding delivery costs). Therefore we cannot mark it as a gift, claim lower value or omit some of the contents.
